Shipping policy
Due to High Demand on orders, please allow up to 15 business days for us to process your order. Once your order is processed and shipped your will be notified.
Upon delivery, you assume the risk of lost or stolen packages. We ship with delivery confirmation, if item shows as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Any issues with an order once item is scanned as delivered will have to be handled directly between Shipping Courier and the buyer.
Holidays and Peak Season:
Please be aware there may be additional delays that are out of our control.
Holidays and peak season consist of Black Friday, Christmas and New Years. All orders placed during November 20th - Jan 1, 2024 may experience additional shipping delays from all carriers. Cariers consist of UPS and Fedex. Your patience is greatly appreciated during these times.
